209 Meaning of adverse criminal intelligence assessment3 An adverse criminal intelligence assessment is a criminal4 intelligence assessment in respect of a person that contains:5 (a) any opinion or advice, or any qualification of any opinion or6 advice, or any information, that is or could be prejudicial to7 the interests of the person; and8 (b) a recommendation that prescribed administrative action be9 taken or not be taken in respect of the person, being a10 recommendation the implementation of which would be11 prejudicial to the interests of the person.12
