206 Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission Bill 2026 No. , 2026 (b) to make recommendations to the Minister about expenditure1 from the National Policing Information Systems and Services2 Special Account;3 (c) to make recommendations to the Minister about charges4 under the Charges Act relating to an application to the ACIC5 for a nationally coordinated criminal history check service;6 (d) any other functions conferred on the Committee by this Act7 or another Act;8 (e) to do anything incidental or conducive to the performance of9 the above functions.10
