200 Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission Bill 2026 No. , 2026 prescribed by the rules for the purposes of this1 subparagraph; or2 (d) if the ACIC’s use of, or dealing with, the national policing3 information as administrator of the national policing4 information system is relevant to facts in issue in the5 proceedings.6 (4) To avoid doubt, this section does not:7 (a) limit the application of section 231 (production of8 information and documents to courts etc.); or9 (b) prevent the Director-General from disclosing national10 policing information if it is lawful to do so.11 (5) In this section:12 disclose, in relation to national policing information, includes13 produce, or permit access to, a document that contains the14 information.15
