At a meeting of the Committee, a quorum is constituted by:9
(a) the Chair; and10
(b) 5 other Committee members.11
200 Voting at meetings12
(1) A question arising at a meeting of the Committee is to be13
determined by a majority of the votes of members present.14
(2) The Chair has a deliberative vote and, if the votes are equal, a15
casting vote.16
