151 Evidence relating to granting of CIO authority14 (1) The Attorney-General may issue a written certificate signed by the15 Attorney-General setting out such facts as the Attorney-General16 considers relevant with respect to the granting or variation of a17 CIO authority by the Attorney-General.18 (2) The Director-General may issue a written certificate signed by the19 Director-General setting out such facts as the Director-General20 considers relevant with respect to the granting or variation of a21 CIO authority by the Director-General.22 (3) In any proceeding, a certificate under subsection (1) or (2) is prima23 facie evidence of the matters stated in the certificate.24
