101 Non-disclosure notations4
(1) A non-disclosure notation is a requirement that:5
(a) is specified in a notice to produce or a summons; and6
(b) subject to subsections (2) and (4), prohibits the disclosure of7
information about:8
(i) the notice or summons; and9
(ii) any official matter connected with the notice or10
summons.11
(2) A non-disclosure notation may permit the disclosure of information12
in specified circumstances.13
(3) An official matter is any of the following (whether past, present or14
future):15
(a) an authorisation;16
(b) an examination;17
(c) the exercise of any power under this Part;18
(d) a court proceeding.19
(4) A non-disclosure notation does not prohibit the disclosure of20
information about a notice to produce or summons, or any official21
matter connected with a notice to produce or summons, to a court22
exercising federal jurisdiction in a proceeding in which a writ of23
mandamus or prohibition or an injunction is sought against an24
officer or officers of the Commonwealth.25
