sec.39 Double jeopardy
A person is not liable to be punished for an act or omission that is an offence under this Act if— the act or omission is also an offence under the ACC Act ; and the person has been punished for the offence under the ACC Act .
- (a) the act or omission is also an offence under the ACC Act ; and
- (b) the person has been punished for the offence under the ACC Act .
