59ACRestrictions on disclosing examination material or derivative material

#### 59AC Restrictions on disclosing examination material or derivative material (1) Section 59 has effect subject to: (a) any relevant direction given under subsection 25A(9) (about confidentiality for examinations); and (b) the Chair of the Board or the CEO (as applicable) complying with sections 25B to 25H to the extent that the information to be provided or disclosed is examination material or derivative material. (2) Sections 59AA and 59AB have effect subject to: (a) any relevant direction given under subsection 25A(9) (about confidentiality for examinations); and (b) the CEO complying with sections 25B to 25H to the extent that the ACC information is examination material or derivative material.
