#### 59AAA Disclosure of information from criminal history checks The CEO may disclose information from a nationally coordinated criminal history check to an accredited body, or to the person to whom the check relates, if: (a) disclosing the information would not be contrary to a law of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory that would otherwise apply; and (b) disclosing the information would not be contrary to any conditions or restrictions determined by the Board in relation to providing nationally coordinated criminal history checks.
