#### 59A Delegation
The CEO may, by writing, delegate to a member of the staff of the ACC who is an SES employee, or an acting SES employee, all or any of the CEO’s powers, functions or duties under this Act (other than a power, function or duty under section 47A or subsection 54C(2) or 54D(3)).
