#### 48 Employment of consultants etc. (1) The CEO may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage, under agreements in writing, persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to, or to perform services for, the ACC. (2) The terms and conditions of engagement of persons engaged under subsection (1) are such as are from time to time determined by the CEO.
