#### 24A Examinations (1) An examiner may conduct an examination for the purposes of a special ACC operation/investigation. (2) The examination may be: (a) a pre‑charge examination or a post‑charge examination; or (b) a pre‑confiscation application examination or a post‑confiscation application examination. (3) Without limiting its effect apart from this subsection, this Act also has the effect it would have if: (a) paragraph (2)(a) were, by express provision, confined to pre‑charge examinations; or (b) paragraph (2)(b) were, by express provision, confined to pre‑confiscation application examinations.
