3 Prescribed related Acts

For the purposes of the definition of related Act in section 3(1) of the Australian Consumer Law (Tasmania) Act 2010 , the following Acts are prescribed as related Acts:

(a) Collections for Charities Act 2001 ;

(b) Conveyancing Act 2004 ;

(c) Co-operatives National Law (Tasmania) Act 2015 ;

(d) Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 2020 ;

(e) Motor Vehicle Traders Act 2011 ;

(f) Prepaid Funerals Act 2004 ;

(g) Property Agents and Land Transactions Act 2016 ;

(h) Residential Tenancy Act 1997 ;

(i) Retirement Villages Act 2004 ;

(j) Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002 .
