50 Transitional provisions in respect of motor vehicle traders code of practice
(1) [Section 50 Subsection (1) amended by No. 23 of 2011, Sched. 1, Applied:31 Dec 2011] The repeal of the Fair Trading (Code of Practice for Motor Vehicle Traders) Regulations 1996 that, but for this section, would have been effected on 1 January 2011 is postponed until 1 April 2012.
(2) [Section 50 Subsection (2) amended by No. 23 of 2011, Sched. 1, Applied:31 Dec 2011] Subsection (1) does not prevent the Fair Trading (Code of Practice for Motor Vehicle Traders) Regulations 1996 from being repealed or rescinded before 1 April 2012 by or under another Act.
