[Section 47A Inserted by No. 1 of 2026, s. 8, Applied:02 Apr 2026] For the avoidance of doubt, if an Act amends a provision of any regulations made under this Act, the amendment of the provision of the regulations does not prevent that provision or any other provision of the regulations from being amended or rescinded by a subsequent regulation.
