93 Disqualified person may apply for permission to act as an introduction agent (1) A person who is disqualified from acting as an introduction agent by section 92 (other than a person referred to in section 92(1)(a), (g) or (h)) may apply to the Authority at any time for permission to act as an introduction agent. (2) An application must— (a) be in a form approved by the Authority; and (b) contain the information required by the Authority; and (c) be accompanied by any documents required by the Authority; and (d) be accompanied by the prescribed fee (if any). (3) An application may be withdrawn at any time before the Authority determines it.
