(1) A person who provides commercial sexual services within the meaning of section 35(1) of the Crimes Act 1958 does not act as an introduction agent merely by providing commercial sexual services or by doing anything incidental to the provision of those services.
(2) A person does not act as an introduction agent merely by providing a means that enables another person to offer to provide an introduction service.
