91 Other exemptions S. 91(1) substituted by No. 7/2022 s. 53(2), amended by No. 41/2025 s. 3(Sch. 1 item 5). (1) A person who provides commercial sexual services within the meaning of section 35(1) of the **Crimes Act 1958** does not act as an introduction agent merely by providing commercial sexual services or by doing anything incidental to the provision of those services. (2) A person does not act as an introduction agent merely by providing a means that enables another person to offer to provide an introduction service.
