77 Application of other provisions (1) For the purposes of Chapter 7— (a) a provider is taken to be a consumer; and (b) a receiver is taken to be a trader; and (c) any dispute under this Part between a provider and a receiver is taken to be a consumer and trader dispute. (2) Section 153 does not apply to this Part. (3) Part 8.2 does not apply to this Part.
