72 Effect of other proceeding (1) If, at any time before the disposal of uncollected goods under Division 2, a person (other than the provider) starts a proceeding for the recovery of the goods, an order made under section 70 is suspended until the proceeding is decided. (2) If an order is made for the recovery of the goods, the order made under section 70 ceases to have effect.
