192 VCAT may order the provision of information (1) A person may apply to VCAT for an order requiring the Director to provide the full name and address of a supplier, who is not registered or licensed or whose details are not contained on any public register established under a business licensing Act or other Act. (2) VCAT may make the order referred to in subsection (1) if it is satisfied that, in all the circumstances, it is just and convenient to do so.
