140 Prescribing codes of practice The Minister may— (a) recommend to the Governor in Council that the Governor in Council make regulations prescribing a code of practice which— (i) has been prepared and submitted to the Minister under section 138; or (ii) has been submitted to the Minister under section 139; or (b) recommend that the Governor in Council make regulations prescribing such a code of practice with the amendments made by the Minister.
