138 Preparation of draft code of practice by the Director (1) The Director may, with the approval of the Minister, prepare for submission to the Minister a draft code of practice for fair trading— (a) between a particular class of suppliers and any purchasers; or (b) by a particular class of persons and a particular class of purchasers; or (c) in relation to the supply of a particular kind of goods or services. (2) The Director must prepare and submit a draft code of practice under subsection (1) if directed by the Minister.
