128 Copies of seized documents S. 128(1) amended by No. 50/2014 s. 11. (1) If the Director retains possession of a document seized from a person under this Division, the Director must give the person, as soon as practicable after the seizure, a copy of the document certified as correct by the Director. (2) A copy of a document certified under subsection (1) shall be received in all courts and tribunals to be evidence of equal validity to the original. S. 129 substituted by No. 50/2014 s. 12.
