106K Confirmed fuel retailers may decrease normal fuel price Nothing in this Part prevents a confirmed fuel retailer— (a) offering a fuel for sale to retail customers at a price lower than the maximum fuel price that applies to the retailer in relation to that fuel at the time of the offer; or (b) decreasing the normal fuel price at any time.
