106H Offence to sell fuel at a price higher than any price at which fuel previously sold that day
(1) A confirmed fuel retailer must not offer a type of fuel for sale to retail customers at a price that is higher than any price at which the retailer has previously offered the type of fuel on the same day.
(2) In this section—
***day*** means the 24-hour period beginning—
(a) at the prescribed time; or
(b) if no time is prescribed, at 6 a.m.
