18 Employer powers etc. of Secretary
(1) The Secretary, on behalf of the Commonwealth, has all the rights, duties and powers of an employer in respect of an Australian Civilian Corps employee. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Secretary has, in respect of Australian Civilian Corps employees, the rights, duties and powers that are prescribed by the regulations.
