7A Application for registration (1) Subject to subregulation (2), the fee payable on lodging an application to register the name of a person for the purposes of section 10B of the Act is $110. (2) If 2 or more applications are lodged at the same time in respect of applicants who are siblings of one another, the fee payable is: (a) for 1 of the applicants — $110; and (b) for each other applicant — $85.
