#### 52B Statement to accompany notification of decisions (1) Where the Minister or a delegate of a Minister makes a decision of the kind referred to in section 52A and gives, or causes to be given, to a person or persons whose interests are affected by the decision notice in writing of the decision, that notice shall include a statement to the effect that, subject to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 and to subsection 52A(2) of this Act, application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of the decision to which the notice relates by or on behalf of a person or persons whose interests are affected by the decision. (2) Any failure to comply with the requirements of subsection (1) in relation to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
