43Evidence of declarations

#### 43 Evidence of declarations A declaration made under this Act or under any other Act which was at any time in force in relation to nationality or naturalization may be proved in legal proceedings by the production of a copy of the original declaration certified by the Minister or by a person thereto authorized in writing by the Minister to be a true copy, and the production of the declaration or copy shall be prima facie evidence that the person therein named as declarant made the declaration on the date therein mentioned.
