#### 30‑20 Registration of entity The Commissioner must register the applicant if: (a) the application is in the approved form; and (b) if the Commissioner has required the applicant under subsection 30‑15(1) to give information or a document—the applicant has given the Commissioner that information or document; and (c) the applicant is entitled to registration under Division 25.
