#### 130‑5 Annual report Annual report to be given to Minister (1) The Commissioner must, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, prepare and give to the Minister, for presentation to the Parliament, a report on the Commissioner’s operations during that year. > Note: See also section 34C of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, which contains provisions about annual reports. Contents of annual report (2) The Commissioner must include in the report an evaluation of the ACNC’s overall performance during the year, including how the ACNC has promoted the objects of this Act. > Note: The objects of this Act include promoting the reduction of unnecessary regulatory obligations on the Australian not‑for‑profit sector (see subsection 15‑5(1)).
