12 Leave of absence
Chair (1) The Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chair on the terms and conditions that the Minister determines. Other members (2) The Chair may grant leave of absence to any other appointed member on the terms and conditions that the Chair determines. (3) The Chair must notify the Minister if the Chair grants to a member leave of absence for a period that exceeds 6 months.
