#### 58L How duty denoted (1) The payment of duty imposed on an instrument required to be lodged with the Commissioner pursuant to this Division shall be denoted by impressed stamp. (2) The payment of duty imposed on an instrument of loan security to which subsection (1) does not apply shall be denoted by adhesive stamp.
