#### 58D Certificates of exemption from tax (1) If, upon application, the Commissioner is satisfied that the registration of a vehicle in the name of a person will be exempt from tax by virtue of a provision of subsection 6(2) (other than paragraph (e) or (f)) of the Taxing Act, or of section 7 or 8 of that Act, he may issue a certificate to that effect. (2) A person making application under subsection (1) shall furnish such information as the Commissioner requires.
