78Submission to Minister

#### 78 Submission to Minister (1) If the Executive approves the draft variation, the Executive shall submit it to the Minister. (2) Within 14 days after receipt of the draft variation, the Minister may give a certificate in writing that, in the interests of the National Capital, it would be undesirable to approve the variation. (3) If the Minister gives such a certificate within those 14 days, the Executive shall not proceed under section 79. (4) If, at the end of those 14 days, the Minister has not given such a certificate, the Executive may proceed under section 79.
