#### 67 Variation of NCDC policies by Authority during transition period (1) At any time during the transition period, the Authority may vary an NCDC policy if it considers that it is in the interests of the National Capital to do so. (2) A variation by the Authority: (a) shall relate to one or more particular blocks or sections of land in the Territory; and (b) shall be made in accordance with this Division.
