47 Staff of Authority
(1) The staff of the Authority shall be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999. (2) For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999: (a) the Chief Executive and the APS employees assisting the Chief Executive together constitute a Statutory Agency; and (b) the Chief Executive is the Head of that Statutory Agency. (3) The Chief Executive may, on behalf of the Authority, arrange with a person: (a) for the services of officers or employees of the person to be made available for the purposes of the Authority; or (b) for the services of a member of the staff of the Authority to be made available for the purposes of the person.
