32 Application of Lands Acquisition Act to Territory Land
(1) The Lands Acquisition Act does not apply in relation to: (a) anything done by or on behalf of the Commonwealth or a Commonwealth authority in respect of an interest in Territory Land while the interest is vested in the Commonwealth or a Commonwealth authority; or (b) the acquisition (compulsory or not) of an estate in Territory Land by the Territory, whether acting on behalf of the Commonwealth or not. (2) In subsection (1):
estate includes the interest of the Commonwealth in land in which no person other than the Commonwealth holds an estate.
