8 Administrative arrangements with Territory
(1) The Minister may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, enter into arrangements with the Territory with respect to the administration of this Ordinance. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), an arrangement may provide for the exercise of powers or the performance of functions or duties by the Territory (or its authorities, officers or employees) on behalf of the Commonwealth.
