66 Damaging trees etc.
(1) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person damages or destroys any tree, plant, garden, plantation or afforestation area; and (b) the area is on unleased National Land; and (c) the damage or destruction is not authorised by: (i) a permit; or (ii) a licence; or (iii) a works approval.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) Strict liability applies to paragraph (1)(b).
