54 Failure of permit holder to notify change of name or address
A person who is a permit holder commits an offence of strict liability if: (a) the person’s name or address changes; and (b) the person does not, within 20 business days after the change, give the Minister written notice of the change.
Penalty: 1 penalty unit.
