46 Contravention of condition of permit to use public National Land
A person commits an offence of strict liability if: (a) the person holds a permit that authorises the use of public National Land for a regulated activity; and (b) the permit is subject to a condition; and (c) the person contravenes the condition.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
