45 Use of public National Land for regulated activity without permit etc.
A person commits an offence of strict liability if: (a) the person uses public National Land for a regulated activity; and (b) the use is not authorised by any of the following: (i) a permit; (ii) a licence; (iii) a works approval.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
