41 Minister may temporarily close public National Land to traffic
(1) This section applies to public National Land other than a public road that is open to and used by vehicular and other traffic.
Note: Example: A path, cycleway or carpark.
(2) The Minister may temporarily close an area covered by subsection (1). (3) Before temporarily closing such an area, the Minister must, at least 5 business days before the area is to be closed, publish a notice about the proposal to close the area on the NCA’s website. (4) Subsection (3) does not apply in urgent circumstances.
