32 Pruning of tree etc. by Commonwealth
(1) This section applies if an occupier of land is subject to a plant pruning direction and contravenes the direction. (2) The Minister may: (a) authorise persons to enter onto the land on which the tree or other plant is growing to prune the tree or other plant; and (b) recover the reasonable costs of the pruning from the occupier of the land.
