28 Commonwealth may repair damage
(1) This section applies if a person: (a) causes damage to public National Land or Commonwealth property on public National Land; or (b) is subject to a repair damage direction and contravenes the direction. (2) The Minister may: (a) cause the damage to be repaired; and (b) recover the reasonable costs of repairing the damage from the person.
