27 Interference with or damage to Commonwealth property
(1) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person engages in conduct; and (b) the conduct is not authorised under: (i) a permit; or (ii) a licence; or (iii) a works approval; and (c) the conduct results in damage to, or interference with, Commonwealth property on public National Land.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) Strict liability applies to paragraph (1)(c).
