15 Temporary closing of public roads
(1) The Minister may temporarily close a public road to vehicular or other traffic. (2) Before temporarily closing a public road, the Minister must, at least 5 business days before the road is to be closed: (a) publish a notice about the proposal to close the road on the NCA’s website; and (b) display a copy of the notice of the closure of the road in a conspicuous place at the road. (3) Subsection (2) does not apply in urgent circumstances.
