Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This declaration designates the High Court of Australia as the parking authority for Block 15, Section 28 of Parkes (national land). It takes effect immediately after the related Road Transport Rules commence.

Practically, the High Court will be the body responsible for enforcing parking controls on that specific block; drivers and vehicle owners there must comply with those controls. The instrument does not change the parking rules themselves—it only appoints who enforces them (see ss 2–5).
