67 Transitional—use of land for industrial purposes
(1) This section applies in relation to a continuing lease that: (a) was granted under the City Area Leases Ordinance; and (b) contains a provision for the land comprised in the lease to be used for a purpose set out in subsection 8A(1) of that Ordinance. (2) Despite the repeal of the old law, section 8A of the Ordinance continues to apply after the transition time to the land comprised in the continuing lease.
